The Misuse and Use of Science in Family Therapy (with Margaret Newmark)

Margaret and I wrote this paper together as a critique of certain kinds of thinking in the family therapy field. Re-reading it today, I marvel at what a good time we were having, going to all those conferences, having so many arguments with interesting colleagues. We were trying to say – thinking matters, assumptions matter!
